From Service to Innovation

As a service provider, our number one motto that we live and breathe here is of course, service (duh!). It is who we are, what we do, and what we will always be about. We work with each and every one of our clients every step of the way.

Here is an example to illustrate why our customers love us: One of our construction firm clients needs to transfer large files for sending bids to contractors and subcontractors on a regular basis for every project that they work on. Since each project contains a large amount of files that cannot be sent through email, they had to burn all the files onto a CD and then mail them out individually. On average, each project required about 300 CDs worth of files. The cost, time and effort involved to exchange files for bids were just ridiculous. It is something so trivial that it really should not be so complicated. As we learned about their problem, our solutions consultant then came up with ways that the company can utilize LeapFILE to efficiently transfer files of any size to anyone. The company adopted our desktop to send extremely large files, as well as a custom branded portal to receive files when working with external contractors and clients. They have continued to increase their use of our application since adoption because we’ve just made sharing files much, much easier for them.

Many product features that have been developed along the last couple of years were based on customer feedback and requests. For example, LeapFILE now works in Citrix environments since it has been requested by some of our customers. To deploy LeapFILE is now easier than ever for companies that use Citrix. IT will only need to install one copy of our application on the Citrix server, then… woa-la! That’s it. Users in the company can all utilize the application without additional installation process. It significantly reduces the barrier for user adoption, deployment complications and IT’s time and effort to set up and manage user accounts.

From working closely with our clients every step of the way, starting at searching for the right solution to implementing our system to providing dedicated client support—we have learned valuable lessons that gave us insights to what our users need and want. We listened, we learned and we have continued to innovate.

We are all about service. And with service, comes innovation. Because after all, technology is just a way to optimize service, right?
